The Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document has been prepared to set out in a comprehensive manner the District Councils current approach, policies and procedures in respect of Planning Obligations. The document is intended to provide a comprehensive range of guidance notes related to the major issues which arise in considering planning applications arising from development proposals. These are: Education Contributions, Affordable Housing, Public Art, Recreation Play Provision in New Development, Transportation and Highways, Agricultural Dwellings, Tourism and Community Facilities and Support. It is intended that the contents of the document will assist in pre-application discussions and will be considered as a material planning consideration in determining planning applications.
