The Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document has been prepared to set out in a comprehensive manner the District Councils current approach, policies and procedures in respect of Planning Obligations. The document is intended to provide a comprehensive range of guidance notes related to the major issues which arise in considering planning applications arising from development proposals.
The Planning Obligations SPD is expected to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Objectives of the Local Development Framework for Torridge District Council. The Sustainability Appraisal outlines the expected effects of the SPD, both positive and negative.
